Our Staff
Peter Sierck, President (REA,
CIAQP)
The Founder of ET&T in 1986,
Peter pioneered indoor air quality
testing methods and procedures
for residential and commercial
buildings. He has surveyed
over 3,000 buildings and has
been called upon as an expert
witness in numerous litigation
cases. In addition to running the company, Peter directs our
Indoor Air Quality, EMF and
Training Departments.
As a committee member of
the IICRC (Institute for
Inspection Cleaning and Restoration
Certification), Peter was
instrumental in the development
of the S500 Standard and
Reference Guide for Professional
Water Damage Restoration and the S520 Standard and
Reference Guide for Professional
Mold Remediation.
Peter is currently a member
of the Indoor Air Quality
Association’s (IAQA)
Education Committee and
committee chair for the Microbial
Investigation Track. He is
also Director of Education
for the CFI (Carpet & Fabricare
Institute) and an OSHA authorized
health and safety trainer.
Peter is currently directing
the business and
conducts training courses
for different organizations
in the US and Canada. He
has studied industrial hygiene, environmental methods,
and engineering controls
at University of San Diego,
University of California
Berkeley, in Germany, and
with other professional organizations
such as MidAtlantic Environmental
Hygiene Resource Center (MEHRC)
in Philadelphia. Peter is
a Registered Environmental
Assessor (REA), Certified
Indoor Air Quality Professional
(CIAQP), Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC), Certified Microbial
Consultant (CMC) and Certified
Mold Remediation Supervisor
(CMRS).

Connie
Jenkins – Environmental
Mycologist
Connie has been with ET&T
since 1993 and directs our Litigation Department.
She has more than 20 years
of experience in environmental
microbiology, field investigations,
designing engineering solutions
and analyzing in-house lab samples. She
consults with attorneys in litigation
cases involving construction
defect, moisture and mold
problems, and their appropriate
associated repairs. She is
a participant in the AIHA’s
Environmental Microbiology
Analytical Proficiency Testing
(EMPAT) Program with scores
consistently above 95%. She
is a certified Spore Analyst
1 through the Pan American
Aerobiology Certification
Board. Connie has a Bachelors
Degree in microbiology and
has obtained an Air Quality
Management Certificate from
the University of California
San Diego.

Felice
Neumann – Director, Customer Relations
Felice joined ET&T in
1996. She is the director
of the Customer Relations Department
and her responsibilities
include customer service, accounting, project
and business management.
She has received training
in building science and indoor
air quality, fire and smoke
damage, health and safety,
mold and water damage restoration.
With over ten years in the field, Felice has both field, project, and account management experience she brings to the table. As a licensed physical therapist
she has training in ergonomics
from various professional
organizations in the US and
Germany. Her medical and
psychology background combined
with her good business sense
make her a valued asset for
customer relations.
Cecelia
Worthington – Environmental Microbiologist
Cecelia has been with ET&T
since 2002. Her responsibilities
include in-house laboratory analysis
of mold samples. She has over
20 years of laboratory experience
in microbiology which includes
environmental, clinical and
medical manufacturing positions.
She has a Bachelors of Science
degree in Microbiology from
San Diego State University,
a Professional Certificate
in Biotechnology from San
Diego State University, an
Associate of Science degree
in Respiratory Care from
Grossmont College, and maintains
both California State and
National Laboratory Scientist
licenses.
Michael Smith -- Vice President/Environmental Consultant
Mike is a seasoned environmental consultant who originally joined ET&T in 2000. Mike conducts indoor air
quality and microbial investigations and
develops remediation specifications. He also handles the business development and maintains business relationships for the company. Responsible for developing scope of work and provides cost estimating for projects for residenetial and commercial buildings. Mike tracks projects and laboratory samples, ensures completion and maintenance of related paperwork and helps with marketing efforts to generate future business. Mike received his AS in Network Engineering Technology from Maric College in Vista, CA, Microsoft Certified Professional Certification (MCP), Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (CMRS) Certificate of Completion, and Certified Microbial Consultant (CMC)
